This is a small post to share with you some of my favourite eyeshadow pallets that I would go back and forth to every day! They consist of mostly neutrals as they are the colours I would use on myself everyday. There are some crazy bright colours in there for a pop of colour or I would usually use these colours on clients or friends or if I'm feeling a bit adventurous! Xxx

Cupcakes ❤

Hello friendsies!
This little bloggy post is to talk about my favourite snack ever which is cupcakes! I love making my own cupcakes and practising different techniques although I'm not the best just yet, practise makes perfect. I do find that it is a passion of mine I have always had a love for baking and one day wish to open my own dessert shop. I would sell my cupcakes, cakes, cake pops, ice cream, milk shakes. Ahhhhh I'm such a dreamer. I WILL do it though! I have my sites set and why would anyone have goals if they didn't set to achieve them? I do realise there are many places selling cupcakes and the competition is competitive but I aim to set myself and my cakes apart from the others. I'm going to keep on practising and do a few courses then go from there! Wish me luck xxxxx

Haul time!

Hey Baby G's! This is a little haul i thought id share with the blogger world! Why not!
I popped into the city centre to go into MAC and get a few things, YUM! Most of which are re- purchases nothing massively exciting but i love seeing what other bloggers and You-Tubers buy so i thought i would give it bash! 
First thing i got was my every day foundation, Studio Fix NC25, second thing was my Fix + spray, i honestly cannot do my make-up without a spray of this now, before and after application. Especially after..its crucial! It makes my foundation and over all make-up look flawless and fresh and makes everything blend in that little bit more. I also enjoy the smell. WINNING. Next thing i got was a Painterly Paint pot, who doesn't love this stuff? Its tha bizz-niss! Another essential to my make-up bag. It keeps my eye shadows in place, making it more vibrant and they don't crease at all! The last two things that i picked up from MAC were a 217 blending brush and a lipstick in the colour Ruby Woo. I have had Ruby Woo in the past for a day and lost it the same night :( It fell out of my clutch bag on a night out, obviously when i was Gangnam Stylin' it. It is THE prettiest red lipstick i have ever seen and worn. Its a matte finish and has blue undertones, which makes your teeth look super white! Pearlys! I always feel so polished and sophisticated when i wear this colour!

Of course, i can't walk past boots or super-drug without going in and having a look, most of the time coming out with a product of some sort! This time i picked up a product from MUA which i am so excited about!!! Its called Fur-Effect nails. Ooooooooohh sheeeiiittt! I gasped for air when i seen this! How freaking cool! How it works is that i paint my nails as normal and then push my nail into this powder and its supposed to come out looking like fur. The colour i picked up was a baby pink. I think there was a purple and a blue colour as well  but i just didn't want to buy all three until i try it out! The second and last thing that i got in Super- Drug was brightening eye drops from Eyeden. My eyes feel so dull and sad recently because iv had a cold and been feeling so run down so these were a little pick me up for my eyeballs! Ive only been trying these for 1 day so far so i don't know how well they work yet, but if i am amazed by these little men i will defiantly inform you guys and do a review, everybody wants bright eyes!

Delights and disappointments

Hi everyone! I thought I would do a post on just a few little things that I've bought recently. Two of them I loved, two if them not so much, unfortunately!
The 2 things that I've been loving and using every single day are my 2 new MAC brushes. The 130 and the 129sh (short handle). Have you ever bought a product or brush and then can't remember how you done your makeup before without it? That's how I feel about these brushes. The 130 brush is a Short Duo Fiber Brush, which means you can use it for powder, liquid and creams. I think almost everyone uses this brush for a different reason or multiple but i use this brush mostly for my foundation. It does take a little bit longer than it would to use a kabuki brush or your fingers but it gives me the most amazing coverage! This brush is super duper soft but dense for perfect flawless application! I would sometimes use the 130 for cream blush or liquid/ cream highlighting products also. The second of my delights is the MAC 129 Short Handle brush. 
First of all, i love the size of this brush, it is so handy to pop in my handbag or a clutch on a night out, hurr-ay! The second thing i love about this brush is how soft it is on the face it actually feels like a feather ( slight exaggeration), the fibers form a rounded shape so its perfect for blush! Sometimes, if im feeling mental i use it for my contour because its so full that it blends brilliantly! I love nothing more than a good blended contour! 

Now my disappointments :(.
I feel very sad saying this because i have heard soooooo many people rave about this little boyo! Its the beauty blender, i know, everyone's going to be disgusted. I just felt like when i was putting my foundation on, the blender was taking it back off again. It didn't give me good coverage and i felt a bit awkward using it. I REALLY want to like this! I don't know, maybe its because I've broke out and want lots of coverage OR maybe i give it a little more time it could perhaps soften up a bit?  Let me know your thoughts! 

Number two of my disappointments is the Barry M Dazzle Dusts. I have tried a few of these and i liked the others a lot more than the most recent one i bought which is number 15. I adore the colours of these dusts but there was just TOO much fall out! I couldn't deal with the fall out, every time i cleaned under my eye, some more fell off. * Insert breakdown* It was driving me crazy. It was such a gorgeous colour and i was so disappointed. I think im going to stick to the MAC pigments from now on, unless anyone knows of any other good loose pigments?! I love the MAC ones just because i feel like there a bit thicker than the Dazzle Dusts and stay on a lot longer on the eye.

PINK hair

 HI EVERYONE!! OK, so i am OBSESSED with pink hair. I have been going through a pink hair phase for a few months now and i need to have it done. My life will be sad until the day i have pink hair. I have spoke to a few different hairdressers and they seem to think it cant be done. I disagree... I currently have brown hair and light brown hair naturally. I have seen brunettes achieve pink hair by going white blonde first and leaving the roots brown. ( See pictures above! ) I've watched YouTube videos on this subject and all the girls lighten their hair first, then bleach until desired blonde, tone with a purple toner then mix a bright pink with conditioner to achieve a pastel dye. 
I wouldn't mind giving this a go but im SO afraid of damaging my hair and it falling out. GULP! I have very long thick natural hair so i don't want to ruin it. After all, it has took me 20 years to grow! I know this is possible and i hope to have a beautiful pink scone some day very soon! Does anyone have hairdresser friends or family that could give me some ideas or tell me which way is best to go about this? Make me happy!

Winterliscious Tag

Hi everyone! Just before i do this tag i wanted to say that the reason i have done question posts with no pictures is because im waiting on my iPad arriving so i can use that!
So after Christmas my blog will be overflowing with pictures and im excited! I love a blog with nice photography! Now on to the Winterliscious tag...


Favorite winter nail polish?
- My favorite nail polish i have been sporting this winter is OPI `The thrill of Brazil' with Barry M number 150.  The OPI colour is a very bright red and Barry M 150 is a full red glitter polish! My nails look so festive and i LOVE them! ( P.s as much as i love Barry M products i wish i could name them all! Numbers do not inspire me.) 

Favorite winter lip product?
- Hands down my favorite lip product this season has to be my Topshop Lip Crayon in Arcade paired with Topshop liner in Deception. These colours give my lips a beautiful dark red wine colour, almost brown. Its the darkest lip colour i have ever worn and now i cant stop!

Most worn winter clothing piece?
- I have a few that i could mention but i think my MOST worn piece is my Boucle Sleeve Biker jacket from New Look. I can pop this jacket on with any outfit and it gives it more of a edgy pulled together look!

Most worn winter accessory?
- Some sort of beanie is definitely my most worn accessory. I don't have a particular one, i have a few so i usually just throw on whatever one goes with my outfit! I adore beanies and i have for a while i wore them through spring, summer, autumn and winter. Obviously living in Ireland summer isn't exactly HOT... so i can get away with it!

Favorite winter candle/ scent?
- My Yankee candle in the scent Red apple wreath is the NICEST christmasy smelling candle in the whole wide world :) It has a festive aroma of apples, cinnamon, walnuts and maple. YUM!

Favorite winter beverage?
- I feel very boring indeed but i don't think i have a favorite beverage just at winter.. i don't like mulled wine or mulled cider or any of those festive hot drinks. I haven't tried any of Starbucks winter goodies so i cant say any of those! ( I know i know, i need to try them.) 
I suppose i drink a lot more hot chocolate during winter and hazelnut hot chocolates are my fav! Also, M&S Cafe brought out a chocolate orange drink which is delish!

All time favorite holiday movie?
- ELF! I think Buddy The Elf is hysterical! I can watch it over and over again and still laugh! I love you Will Ferrell! I also love The Grinch & Home Alone. 

Favorite Christmas song?
- My all time favorite Christmas song is 100% The Pogues- Fairy tail Of New York! I don't ever feel like its Christmas until i have heard this song! It kind of makes me emotional.. is that weird? I don't care.

Favorite holiday food/ treat?
- Again, i feel boring because i don't like Christmas pudding or mince pies. ( I promise you i actually like Christmas) However, there is a dessert that M&S bring in coming up to Christmas which is called Praline Present and it is the nicest cake/dessert i have ever eaten. Its so chocolaty and truffely and praliney! I hope they have it this year!

Favorite Christmas decoration?
- My favorite Christmas decoration is the ugly little angel that my mummy puts on top of her tree! We have had this angel from i think my brother was born, and hes 21 now! She has very little hair and a terrifying face with a silver dress! We love her all the same! 

Whats on top of your Christmas list?
- As i mentioned at the top im getting an iPad so that was the top of my list to Mr.Nick! 

What are your plans for the holidays this year?
- Well, my brother lives in Manchester and he has came back home for Christmas so i plan on spending a lot of time with him and the family before he has to go back! Doing lots of fun things like Ice Skating and going to the Christmas Continental Market at City Hall. So lots and lots and lots of family time!

10 Questions!

If you could be a celebrity for one day, who would it be?
- I would probably pick to be a kardashian for a day. Their lifestyle is unreal and who wouldn't want to look like them for a day?

What is your sin food?
- Oh my days. We could be here for a while! I love all types of crisps, McDonald's  Chinese. Im not a massive dessert fan though. I would rather have 2 main courses.

What is your favorite scent?
- I love anything sweet! My signature scent that i wear ALL the time is Viva La Juicy by Juicy Couture.

What are your pet peeves?
- I have a lot of pet peeves..but my worst one is anyone eating near me. If i can hear people eat i get so so angry!

Have you got any bad habits?
- I have a habit of picking off my nail polish which is very annoying ( for myself ) because then i have to re- paint. 

Where is your favorite place to shop?
- I love Zara, Topshop, Urban Outfitters and there are a few online sites i would shop at.

Do you believe money could bring you happiness?
- Not at all. I think money could help situations and make you feel less worried or stressed, but the worst things in life come free!  

Bold lip and neutral eye OR Bold eyes and neutral lip?
- I feel like i cant answer this question :'( ....I LOVE a smokey eye and a nude glossy lip BUT i love dark bold lips as well. I love both :) 

What inspired you to write your blog?
- I have read blogs and watched YouTube videos for a looonngg time. I felt like it was about time that i made my own! I want to inspire others with my make-up looks and fashion tips.

Do you have any strange phobias?
- YES! I am terrified beyond words of frogs, even the word makes my skin crawl. I don't like snakes or lizards, so all reptiles really. But frogs are the worst UGH! Im also very scared of slides. Yes, slides. I hate any kind ..water slides, park slides, bumpy slides! I had an awful experience on one years ago when i was a lot younger and i haven't been on one since! Also, i detest the texture of paper,  i cant touch paper without wetting my hand or fingers.  

Do you think im odd? lol.
